- NTP对时改为5分钟一次，直至对时完成 ntp_sync_to_rtc
- 取消控制台NTP对时指令 cmd_ntp_sync
- plp_sync_thread_entry 线程空间*2
- ecode上报部分优化 printf_ecode
- 注释默认要素模型中1*0.5要素模型(由于与2*1要素模型重名，无法使用) sensor_config
- 信号值"99"校验 替换为 0 check_link_status_entry
- 定位部分串口初始化改为hal库驱动
